In 2012 he relocate from Georgia to Florida and began a new church plant known as Full Counsel Bible Fellowship which would later become FullCounsel – Daytona a satellite campus under the leadership direction of Bishop Silas and Dr. Jennifer Johnson of the megachurch FullCounsel Metrochurch (www.fullcounsel.org) serving faithful as the campus pastor for four years until May 2015. Bishop Silas Johnson released Apostle Powell to birth forth his personal vision. 

His anointed messages transcend beyond normality, receiving those torn asunder by the enemy. He preaches under a heavy apostolic and prophetic anointing with thought provoking messages, awakening the Body of Christ to its greatest spiritual potential.   

Apostle Powell serves the body of Christ as a progressive and proficient man of God who lives and believes in serving spiritual leaders, and equipping the body of Christ with the necessary tools and training for the work of the ministry by hosting MECCA Grace  Leadership Conference, Let’s Be Real and Get It Right Marriage Conferences, and Grace4Life Empowerment Seminars, Crusades and Training Sessions.

Apostle Powell presently serves as the apostolic voice and covering for Grace4Life Apostolic Leadership Alliance. He is an unselfish gift to the body of Christ that seeks to maintain his commitment to excellence in ministry, and the advancing of the kingdom of God here on earth regardless of race, creed, color, or gender. Continually serving the body of Christ as an ambassador of ministry. He has earned a Master of Educational Leadership Degree, from Hampton University. Master of Divinity Degree in Theology from Almeda Bible College and Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary of Brandon, Florida. Certified by the Florida State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities in Tallahassee, Florida. He was consecrated as Bishop on February 24 2004, in Orange City, Florida by Bishop Dr. Harry V. Reese III, of Rochester, NY, affirmed and ordained as an apostle on November 3^rd 2010 by Apostle Paul Thornton (www.ptministries.org) of Smyrna, GA. and most recently receiving a Prophet Certification from The School of Prophetic Ministry of FullCounsel Bible College (www.fullcounselbiblecollege.org) under the instruction of Prophetess Dr. Jennifer Johnson. 

He has served faithfully to other fellowships and organizations such as Destiny Changers Fellowship of Jacksonville, Florida as the Bishop of The Christian Education Department. Dominion Network as part of the Executive Leadership Counsel of Atlanta, GA., Christian Tabernacle Fellowship of Churches, Inc. of Newark, NJ  1^st Presiding Apostle. He has been mentored by Bishop Silas Johnson, North Little Rock, AR. (www.fullcounsel.org)  Apostle Paul Thornton, Smyrna, GA  (www.ptministries.org) and Apostle Dell Young, Valdosta, GA  (www.gracepointvaldosta.com)

Throughout the year Powell travels nationally and internationally as a teacher of the ministry of helps, church government and order, providing oversight and support to leadership in the Body of Christ.  

He is married to Pastor/Prophetess Chiko Powell who serves beside her man of God and they have four wonderful children and they reside in Central Florida.
